Introduction
Great nutritional value, almost no work! Oh yeah, it tastes good too!I didn't use any seasonings (not even salt!) and this turned out delicious anyway. Any number of herbs could be added to jazz the dish up a little without adding salt, fat or carbs. Great nutritional value, almost no work! Oh yeah, it tastes good too!

Ingredients

2 lbs buffalo meat, preferably a brisket cut but a roast will work too
2 large sweet potatoes
1 medium yellow onion
Directions
Peel onion & cut in half.
Cut sweet potates in 1-2 inch chunks
Place onions, sweet potatoes & meat in slow cooker.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
