Introduction

So simple and easy! Tastes like fine dining. So simple and easy! Tastes like fine dining.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can Artichoke Hearts (I prefer quartered but any cut is fine)

    1lbs chicken breast boneless skinless

    1/2cup parmesan cheese grated

Directions

Drain artichokes reserving about 1/4 cup of liquid. Pour liquid into baking dish. Place chicken in baking dish. Pour artichokes and Parmesan cheese over top of chicken. Bake at 350 for about 30-40 min or until chichen is cooked and no longer pink. Makes 4 servings.
