2 serving EAS whey protein - 1 scoop=30gr or 23gr of dry powder = protein and 130 calories
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
14 tsp Organic cane sugar
2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1 tsp Ginger, ground
.5 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1 serving 100% Pumpkin Pie (not filling)
8 oz Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese
Directions
mix 3 eggs, protein, vanilla extract and room temperature fat free cream cheese. use 1/8 cup measuring cup to add to cupcake pan.
mix pumpkin pie can (not pie filling), sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and 1 egg. use 1/8 cup measuring cup to add to cream cheese in cupcake pan.
place cupcake sheets on baking pan with water for more even cooking.
325 degrees for roughly 20 min. You do not want cheesecake to get overly firm.
