Ingredients

Pam Cooking Spray
1/3 c. - Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Onion powder
4 - 4 oz Chicken Breast
3 tbsp. - Canola Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)
White Wine, 3 fl oz (remove)
3 tbsp. - Lemon Juice
1 tsp or cube - Chicken Bouillon
1/2 c. - Hot Water
1 tsp. Parsley, dried
Directions
1 . Pound each chicken breast between two sheets of waxed paper until uniform in thickness. About 1/4 inch thick is best..
2. Spray chicke with cooking spray on both sides.
3. Combine flour, garlic powder and onion powder in a small bowl; stir well.
4. Dredge chicken in flour mixture.
5. Brown chicken in canola oil in a large skillet over medium high heat 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
6. Dissolve bouillon in hot water.
7. Remove chicken; place in covered plate.
8. Pour white wine into pan to deglaze then add bouillon mixture and 3 tablespoons lemon juice to pan.
9. Bring to boil; put chicken back in pan; cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
Serve on a bed of brown rice or angel hair pasta.
