Ingredients

    cooked and cooled brown rice (1cp raw)
    veggies (green onions, carrots, peas, celery) about 1/2 cup ea
    1 t. chopped garlic
    4 oz cooked pork loin diced
    1 egg
    olive Oil


Directions

Heat appx 1 tb oil and saute onions, garlic and meat. remove. Heat a little more oil and saute veggies. cook till tender crisp. add back meat and onions. add rice and continue to stir. add raw egg and mix in thoroughly. splash soy sauce and toss. keep food moving in pan. I served 1.5 cps for a main dish serving. this is actually an entire meal so no need to add anything but a beverage. If you make the rice and chill it the morning of or day before it will take less time.
