Ingredients

1 can of black beans (about 1 3/4 cup)
1 can of yellow sweet corn (about 1 3/4 cup)
    1 tbsp of chili powder
1/2 cup of salsa of your choice
    1 large whole-wheat pita

Directions

Put black beans and yellow corn into a bowl after draining the cans. Add 1 tbsp of chili powder and 1/2 a cup of salsa.
Stir until corn and black beans are covered well.
Then, cut your large pita in half and open up the pockets.
Toasting the pita is optional.
Stuff each half with 1/2 cup of your spicy bean and corn mix.
This tastes really great if you add lowfat sour cream and cheese, but is yummy on its own.
