Introduction

this is the kick ass chili my dad makes, but instead of actual ground beef i use fake ground beef or preferably the fake ground turkey! this is the kick ass chili my dad makes, but instead of actual ground beef i use fake ground beef or preferably the fake ground turkey!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    one can of each: kidney, black and pinto beans.
    one can of corn
    two small cans of chopped chilies
    two pouches of chili mix
    4 large cloves of garlic (chopped)
    one small can of tomato paste
    one can of diced tomatoes
    one package of yves ground round or yves ground "turkey"

Directions

open all the cans, throw them all into a large pot. (save one of the small chilies cans) throw in one of the packages of the chili seasoning and all of the garlic. cook on a low heat for about 15 minutes stirring often, then throw in the last can of chillies and the last package of seasonings. cook for about another 10 minutes or so and serve with your favorite toppings. some of mine include diced onions, fat free sour cream or reduced fat cheddar.
