Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup all natural apple juice
    1 cup frozen strawberries
    1 cup frozen blueberries
    2 tbsp honey

Directions

1. Bring Apple juice to boil in medium sauce pan over high heat. Allow it to boil for 5 minutes.
2. Add frozen fruit, return to boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Transfer mixture over to blender and puree.
4. Return puree to pan, stir in honey and serve!
Makes approx 16 servings
