Ingredients

    * Bread, whole wheat (including toast), 3 slice (remove)
    * *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)
    * *Venison, ground, 16 oz (remove)
    * *Egg white, 2 serving (remove)
    * Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp (remove)
    * Garlic powder, .25 tsp (remove)
    * Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
    * Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields (remove)
    * Catsup, 6 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Heat oven to 425. Need rimmed baking sheet lined with non-stick foil. Tear bread into food processor, pulse to make coarse crumbs. Add remaining ingredients (can use beef instead of venison) and 2 tbsp of catsup, pulse just until blended. Form onto lined baked sheet into 6 loaves about 1 scant cup per loaf. Evenly spread remaining catsup on top. Cook 20 minutes or until cooked through.
