    100 grams Brown Sugar
    100 grams Butter, unsalted
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    225 g Plain white flour (UK)
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    2 tsp Ginger, ground
    0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.45 serving Angry Orchard Traditional Dry Hard Cider (1 bottle, 355 ml)


Cream the butter and the sugar.
Add the eggs one by one, beating hard between each addition.
Add all the dry ingredients, then the cider. Mix well.

Bake for 45 minutes.
