Ingredients

1 cup Publix Bread Crumbs Italian Style
2 (14.5 oz cans) BumbleBee Atlantic Salmon
4 Eggs, large
1/3 cup light mayo
1/4 tsp Oregano, ground
1/4 tsp Dry Mustard
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Kosher Salt
One pack of Publix Muenster Cheese sliced (10 slices)
two regular loaf pans
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees,
Combine all ingredients in bowl except cheese and mix until wet. Divide evenly into pans and pat in with hand or spoon.
Take Cheese (five slice per each loaf) and arrange diamond like on top of salmon pyramid fashion - two slices and one in the middle of the other two; take the remaining two and cut diagonally into fourths and arrange in the four corners of the pan and then in the middle repeat with other Loaf pan. Bake for 15 mins then let cool for 20 or until cool to the touch if you wish to freeze.
Serving Size: makes two loaves (eight slices each)
