Ingredients

    3 serving Carrot (1 large) (by JASONVFRAN)
    1 serving Raw Tomato (Medium, whole)
    2 cup kale, raw
    2 cloves raw garlic
    1 oz Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, roasted and toasted

Tips

"Cooking time" is actually dehydrating time.


Directions

Blend together carrots, tomato, garlic and kale with just enough water to process, until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, add seeds and a pinch each of salt, pepper & cumin. Spread evenly in dehydrator tray (made for wet ingredients), dry for approx. 5 hours, then remove from tray, flip and continue drying on mesh tray for approx. 2-3 more hours, until crunchy. Store in airtight container to maintain crispness.

Serving Size: Makes about 24 2-inch pieces
