Introduction

Super Easy chili that you freeze for later if it makes too much. Super Easy chili that you freeze for later if it makes too much.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1-6 OZ canTomato Paste
    1 LB Ground bison (buffalo)
    1-10 OZ can Rotel
    1-14.5 OZ can Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
    3.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1-16 OZ can Chili Beans
    1 Cup chopped onion

    2 tsp Garlic powder
    1.5 TBSP Chili powder
    1 tsp Cumin seed powder
    2 tsp Paprika
    Salt to taste

Directions

On medium heat start cooking ground bison in a large pot. When almost all pink is gone throw in all the seasoning ** no salt yet** and the onions for about 3 minutes. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, Rotel, and water bring to a boil. (If you prefer thicker chili, omit up to 1.5 Cup of water... this will also affect serving calories, so do some math :D) Add beans and turn heat down to simmer for 25 min. Can be cooking some cornbread during this time! Salt to taste and turn it off. Let it cool for a bit before serving. If you like a kick you can add 1/2 tsp of Cayenne Pepper when you add the seasoning.
