Ingredients

3 small Onions, raw
600 grams Ground beef, lean
1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
800 grams Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice
30 grams Tomato Paste
375 grams Beans, red kidney
280 grams Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
2 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
3 clove Garlic
1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Put a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil on low heat.
Roughly cut the onions, and put in pan until the onions become translucent, then add the minced beef and with a spatula cut the beef is small bits.
When the beef is almost cooked through, add the diced bell pepper, jalapeno peppers and crushed garlic.
Add the canned tomatoes, along with about a cup of water.
When it comes to a simmer, rinse the beans and corn and add to the pan. Add the spices, worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
Let simmer for about 30 minutes to an hour.
Serving Size: Makes about 8 1-cup servings
