    5 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato
    0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)
    .5 serving Cheese, Mozzarella, Part Skim, Kroger (shredded, 1/4 cup)
    2 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted

Tips

At less than 200 calories including the dressing, this is my go-to salad for my 5:2 fast diet days on Monday and Thursday.
