Introduction

One of my favorite occasional snacks with only 200 calories! One of my favorite occasional snacks with only 200 calories!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup of orange juice
    1 tsp of Splenda
    1/2 cup of 1% Milk
    1/2 cup of water
    3 ice cubes
    1 tbsp vanilla

Directions

Makes 1 serving

Blend all ingredients until smooth or satisfaction

    I love to make these in the morning. I grab it and a granola bar and I'm ready to head out to my workout. I don't even blend it. AND, I can take it without the sweetener, too. Reminds me of the Orange Julius' of my youth. - 7/30/09
