Introduction

These pancakes are currently a work in progress--next time I will reduce the almond milk, and I think I got the tartar/soda ratios a little high for the rest of the mix. Ingredients

    0.25 cup Quest Protein Powder, Multi-Purpose Mix
    1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    16 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Organic High Fiber Coconut Flour (7g / Tbsp) (by SCHNELLD)
    1 serving gelatin unflavored powder ~ knox 1/2 tsp 1.6g (by BMAKEDA)
    6 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g
    0.125 tsp Cream Of Tartar
    .75 tsp Baking Soda
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .125 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat
    .5 serving Almond Milk Silk Pure Unsweetened all natural original 30 calories/1cup
    .0625 cup Applesauce, unsweetened

Directions

Mix all dry. Mix wet separately in a larger bowl. Add dry to wet ingredients. Heat pan on medium heat. Spray generously with non-stick spray. Scoop about 1/3 cup of batter onto the pan, 3 min on first side, about 2 on the second. Serve with fresh or frozen fruit, or with sandwich fixings.
