    1 serving Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oatmeal
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1.5 tsp Baking Soda
    0.25 tsp salt, Morton Lite Salt Mixture (1/2 the sodium of table salt) (by WESTGATE85)
    7 serving Splenda Packet (1 serving = 1 packet)
    6 tsp Granulated Sugar
    4 serving Parkay, Light Original Spread Margarine, 1 Tbsp
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    30 gram(s) Baker's Corner - Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (.5 g / Chip) (by SCHNELLD)

Tips

Omit parkay and sugar, then use Earth balance, and stevia to make it vegan. It will raise the fat content, but lower the sugar


Directions

If you want it all smooth, put your oats in a blender to make it into a flour. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. Then in a separate bowl,mix all liquids together. Combine your liquid mix with your dry and hand mix for two minutes. I used a a greased and floured baking dish. You could do muffins or a loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. When the knife comes out clean, it's done!
