Ingredients

    .25 tsp Onion powder
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .25 tsp Salt
    .25 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    .25 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
    .25 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    4 oz StarKist Chunk Light Tuna in Water (5 oz can = 4 oz tuna)

Directions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2.Coat 2 mini muffin tins well with non stick spray or fill with mini cupcake liners coated with non stick spray
3.Whisk together Bumble Bee® Chunk White Albacore tuna, milk, eggs, parmesan cheese, salt and onion powder in a large bowl
4.Fill muffin tins ¾ full with mixture
5.Top with sharp cheddar cheese
6.Bake for about 25 minutes until edges are golden brown and the centers are set
7.Remove from oven and allow to cool at least 5 minutes before removing Cheesy Tuna Melt Bites from tin
8.Enjoy hot, warm or cold.
9.Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator
