Ingredients

    1 serving Ideal Protein: Vanilla Pudding Mix (by MERIDITHJO)
    1 serving ideal protein chocolatey chip pancake mix (by ABIADELEKE)
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Splenda
    2 tsp Ginger, ground
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tsp Allspice
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.33 cup Egg White--All Whites 100% liquid egg whites
    0.15 cup Walden Farm's Pancake Syrup
    2 1tsp Olive Oil
    .5 oz Milk, Kroger Skim Milk
    .5 cup, mashed Zucchini

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a mini loaf pan. Squeeze water out of zucchini. Mix together dry ingredients. Mix together wet ingredients. Combine well. Fold in zucchini. Bake for 20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
1/2 loaf = 1 unrestricted + 1 oz. lean protein + 1/4 C veggies
