Introduction

It is hard to find a good broccoli salad that does not have honey or sugar added. This one is good. Sometimes I do add a handful of raisins or currants, but that ups the carbs a lot. Ingredients

    2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Broccoli, raw or lightly steamed
    1 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
    .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    15 almond Almonds , chopped
    2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
    5 tbsp Bacon Bits

Directions

Use broccoli raw or lightly steamed. Mix everything and add the broccoli last.
