Ingredients

    1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    .25 cup Maple Syrup
    4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.25 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    4 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    1 tbsp Light Corn Syrup
    15 tbsp Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips
    1 tsp cinnamon
    2 tsp vanilla
    .5 tsp baking powder
    .75 cup vegan chocolate chips

Tips

If too moist at end, pop back in.
Use flax egg to make vegan
(One tablespoon flax meal to 3 tablespoons of water for ONE egg)
Serve with dairy free milk atop

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 13 x 9 in pan (Half recipe for 8x8)
Mash or blend avocado and melted chocolate until smooth. Let chocolate cool if hot
In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and baking powder
While constantly whisking add applesauce and maple syrup
Still whisking, add eggs one at a time until blended
Stirring slowly, add almond milk, vanilla and corn syrup
Slowly add dry premixed ingredients in segments. Avoid over mixing
Finally, fold in chips and add ins
Transfer mixture into greased 13 x 9 pan and bake in preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Check every 25 minutes
