Introduction
I got this idea from another member while searching for an answer to my ice cream cravings. I got this idea from another member while searching for an answer to my ice cream cravings.Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients
-
4.0 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
0.5 cup Great Value Lactose Free Fat Free Milk
You can use whatever you prefer, but I used a personal blender/smoothie maker.
Directions
Peel your bananas.
Cut your bananas into pieces that will be easy to mix in your blender or processor.
Place the banana pieces in a covered container and freeze. (I froze mine as soon as I got home from the store so I could take them from the freezer whenever I was ready. That was 3 days ago and they were still looking great.) Overnight is plenty long.
When you are ready, take the bananas from the freezer and put them in your processor or blender and add a half cup of milk. (I used Great Value Lactose and Fat Free Milk)
Turn it on and watch the magic happen!
You can put it back in the freezer and eat later too!
I have a very cheap little personal blender so I had to do it a little at a time but it was worth it! I didn't add anything to my first serving but you can do so much with this! Let me know what you do to make this your own!
