Ingredients

    1 cup coconut flour
    2 whole eggs
    12 eggs white
    8 tbsp organic extra virgin coconut oil
    4 tbsp Natural Raw Unfiltered Honey
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 Apple Cider Vinegar

Directions

In a large mixing bowl mix the eggs, oil, honey together, add the coconut flour and salt mix well until fully combined with no lumps and then add the baking powder and the vinegar mix to incorporate. Transfer the melange to a greased 9×5 loaf pan Bake at 350° for 40-50mns or until a toothpick inserted in the center come out clean.

Serving Size: Makes 15 slices 1/2 inch each
