Ingredients

    8 tbsp Peanut Butter - Peter Pan 100% Natural Creamy
    1.5 cup GOYA Chick Peas (Garbonzo Beans)
    0.25 cup 365 Organic 100% Pure Grade A Maple Syrup (by JMPICCIRILLI)
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp ginger, ground - Badia 11/13 (by ALILDUCKLING)
    3 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
    1 serving Protein Powder - Chocolate one scoop - EAS premium protein
    8 oz Peanuts, all types, dry-roasted (with salt)

Tips

peanut butter can be substituted with a mashed advocado, pureed pumpkin, or (1/4 cup flax seed + 1/4 cup of water)


Directions

1. combine wet ingredients
2. pulse in dry ingredients
3. spread in 13x9 pan
4. bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
Cool and cut into 12 bars
