Ingredients

    2 cups Fresh Green Beans, stemmed and cut
    4 Nectarines
    8 oz Buffalo Mozzarella
    1/2 cup slivered Almonds
    1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar

Directions

- Steam green beans until slightly soft but still bright green. Drain.

Assemble & Serve:
- Slice nectarines in wedges, arrange on one side of plate.
- Add green beans
- Sprinkle almonds over beans and nectarine slices.
- Slice mozzarella into flat medallions, arrange on other side of plate.
- Drizzle balsamic over the mozzarella and serve.

    Incredible!
    I made this recipe for lunch and it was delicious. It was also filled with good nutrients. I was totally satisfied and enjoyed the variety of flavors. It also helped meet many of my nutritional goals for the day. Thanks for the recipe, and I will be making this again. - 10/27/16
