Ingredients

    2.25 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked)
    2 serving Egg - Raw - Large (1 seving 1 large egg) (by PATSYDOTES-)

    4 oz Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Pour into sprayed 9" pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
