Ingredients

    250 mL Milk, 1%
    100 grams Brown Sugar
    100 grams Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt
    200 mL Heavy Whipping Cream (or single cream)
    100 mL Heavy Whipping Cream (or single cream)
    50 serving Ghiradelli Chocolate 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Chip, 16p

Tips

Lovely, but very calorific


Directions

Mix or blend the milk, sugar and peanut butter well (it's easier if the ingredients are warm).
Add 200 ml of single cream. Put in the freezer (or icecream maker) and give a stir from time to time.
Melt the chocolate in the remaining 100 ml of cream. Put in the freezer.
When both mixture are half-frozen, swirl the chocolate into the peanut icecream, then put back in the freezer until needed.
