Ingredients

    1 unit, yield from 1 lb raw Ground Turkey
    1 cup 365 Organic Quinoa
    0.75 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    0.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)
    0.75 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 Mix all ingredients together Add spices and herbs as desired Separate mixture evenly into 12 muffins Cook in oven for 20 minutes
