Ingredients

2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.5 cup Milk, 1%
    0.25 cup Granulated Sugar
    0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.12 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
8.0 serving Bread, Arnold's 100% Whole Wheat Bread
4.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted

Directions

Whisk the eggs until frothy, add the milk, then mix in all ingredients except the bread and butter. Heat up a large frying pan and add a lump of butter (or substitute cooking spray). Take a piece of bread and submerge it in the egg batter, then turn it. Do this quickly; you don't want to drench it. Then put the pieces of toast in the pan, brown on both sides. Serve with jam or maple syrup.
