Ingredients

    1 Cardamom Pod, lightly crushed
    2 packed tsp Brown Sugar (or add to taste)
    0.5 Star anise
    1 cup cooked Basmati Rice
    3 whole cloves
    125mL (0.5 cup) Coconut Milk
    Cinnamon to taste
    I also added some slivered almonds to boost the protein.

Directions

Put all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer gently until most of the liquid is absorbed, and the consistency is to your liking.
