Ingredients

    454 grams Potato, raw
    2 1tsp Olive Oil
    .25 tsp Salt
    .5 tsp Pepper, black
    .5 tsp Garlic powder
    .5 serving 2 tsp Italian Seasoning (by JULIE1933)
    4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded

Tips

Cook 25-35 minutes depending on how brown you like your potatoes.


Directions

Preheat oven 375 degrees.
Chop potatoes in to 1 inch cubes.
Put in a bowl and toss with olivie oil and seasoning
Place on baking sheet in a single layer
Top with Parmesan cheese
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Stir potatoes 1 time half way through.
