    0.5 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw meat) Ground Beef (extra lean)
    0.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    1.0 cup Spinach, cooked
    1.0 carrot Carrots, cooked
    0.6 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen

Directions

Cook the quinoa. Cook the beef, seasoning as you cook it. Stir fry the veggies and then put the quinoa on the plate and put the stir fry over it.
