Ingredients

    8 cup, unthawed Boysenberries, frozen, unsweetened
    .25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    .25 cup Granulated Sugar
    1 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    1 cup Flour, white
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 cup Butter, unsalted
    2 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    .5 cup, chopped Pecans

Tips

You can use any fruit or combination you like. I eat this for breakfast. It is a snazzy dessert for company.


Directions

Toss berries with 1/4 cup flour and 1/4 cup sugar, pour into 9 x 13 baking pan. In food processor combine brown sugar 1 cup flour and add butter, cut in medium size chunks, until medium crumbs form. Add oats and pecans, pulse until medium crumb. Sprinkle over berries. Bake in 350 degree oven about 45 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 8 large servings or 12 medium servings
