Introduction

Where I live people say that you burn more calories eating swedish turnip than the turnip actually contains. While that doesn't work for this, it's great as a side dish. Ingredients

    2 carrots, grated
    1,5 dl (or 0.7 Cup) Swedish Turnip, grated
    1 tbsp onion or leek, finely chopped
    1 tbsp lemon or orange juice
    1 tsp sugar

Directions

Wash the vegetables, grate the carrots and the Swedish turnip and chop the onion/leek.

Place the carrots, swedish turnip and onion/leek in a bowl.

Mix the lemon/orange juice and the sugar, and pour this over the vegetables and mix.
