Ingredients

    4.0 tbsp Flax Seed - Hodgson Mill Milled Flax Seed
    16.0 tbsp Aunt Jemima self rising flour
    24.0 tsp organic sugar Florida Crystals
    3.0 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
    8.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    2.0 tsp Baking Powder
    0.5 tsp Baking Soda
    0.75 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.5 cup, quartered or chopped Apples, fresh with skin
    0.5 cup, chopped Walnuts

Directions

Blend dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine eggs, oil and milk. Stir until blended into dry ingredients. Batter will be thick. Fold in apples and walnuts. Fill tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes.
