Ingredients

    0.50 tbsp Butter, salted
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    70 gram(s) Ore-Ida Tater Tot - 9 Tots
    1.40 serving Bacon - Oscar Mayer Center Cut 3 slices
    1 serving Bob Evan's Original Pork Sausage Patty (2 patties per serv)

Tips

Add cheese if desired. Also, can serve on flour tortillas for a great breakfast taco.


Directions

Cook the bacon and sausage then crumble and set aside. Cook the tater tots in the oven and crumble and set aside. Crack 4 eggs and beat. Add bacon, sausage and potatoes to eggs then season to taste and stir to combine. Heat a skillet on med-high. Drop butter in skillet and then pour egg mixture into hot pan. Stir vigorously until desired doneness. Enjoy.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 2 cups of food
