Ingredients

140 grams Cauliflower, raw
3 oz Spinach - Dole Baby Spinach
1 serving Blue Menu Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (by 1TUNNY)
1 serving Cream cheese Philadelphia Low fat 95% fat free ( per tbsp)
2 gram(s) Dehydrated Parsley Flakes (by JESTYNA)
2 tsp Onion powder
2 tsp Garlic powder
2.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Pepper and salt to taste
Directions
Place cauliflower in sauce pan
Add 2.5 cups of water and bring to a boil (~10min)
Add the frozen chicken - keep heat on high initially to maintain boil
Add spices and bring heat to simmer temperature
Stir once in a while ~ another 5 min
Check if the chicken is soft enough to be cut, then remove, cut in small cubes and return to sauce pan
Add spinach and simmer for another 5 to 8 min
Shut the heat off and move pan away from heat
Stir in a generous table spoon of 95% fat free Philadelphia cheese
Close pan and let it sit for five minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
