26.0 Grams Garlic
17.0 Grams Kale
90.0 Grams Onions, raw

160.0 Grams Red Ripe Tomatoes
1.0 tsp Raw sugar
20.0 gram(s) Cilantro
12.0 gram(s) Onion (spring onions) - 100g (1 = 15g)

400.0 gram Coles Brand Red Kidney Beans 400g tin
400.0 gram Homebrand Diced Tomatoes 400g tin
10.0 gram Sriracha
30.0 gram Homebrand Worcestershire sauce

Directions
Chop all ingredients, and rinse the kidney beans
Spray a large saucepan with cooking spray, and saute onions and garlic
Add salt, pepper, rosemary and oregano
Pour in tinned tomatoes, as well as about half a tin of water
Add sugar if you're going to use it (it makes the tomatoes taste very good)
Add all vegetables except the spinach, kale, and cilantro
Simmer for at least 30 minutes (the longer you cook it, the better it tastes), stirring occasionally
Add spinach and kale about 5 minutes before finished
Add cilantro immediately before serving
Serve with pasta, or eat on its own
