Ingredients

    8 cups gluten-free oat flakes (e.g. Only Oats brand)
    1/4 cup unsweetened dessicated coconut
    1/4 cup sliced almonds
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/2 cup dried cranberries (or other dried fruit)
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup oil
    1 tsp vanilla flavouring
    1/2 cup liquid honey

Directions

Mix the dry ingredients together. In a blender, mix the wet ingredients together. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix well. Bake on rimmed cookie sheets at 250F for 30-40 minutes, stirring several times. One serving = 1/2 cup
