Ingredients

    1.0 stick Butter, unsalted- melted
    6.0 cherry (NLEA serving) Maraschino cherries
    0.75 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
    6.0 slice (3-1/2" dia x 3/4" thick) Pineapple, fresh
    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    9.0 serving(s) Harvest hill cake mix- yellow
    0.25 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    Splash of vanilla extract

Directions

Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat until hot. Mix together cake mix, eggs, 6 tbsp of the butter milk and vanilla. Melt remaining butter in skillet. Sprinkle with brown sugar and lay out the slices of pineapple in a circle. Place a cherry in the center of each slice. Top with cake mix. Place hot skillet in a 375 degree oven for 30- 40 minutes or until done.
