Ingredients

    1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw
    2 tsp Ginger Root
    1 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) (by MORETHEATER)
    1 clove Garlic
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 large Scrambled Egg
    0.25 cup Peas, frozen
    1 tbsp Soya Sauce - Reduced Sodium - Compliments (by KID_1984)
    1 tbsp Fish Sauce
    1 1tsp Sesame Oil

Tips

Very flexible, add whatever protein or vegetable you have on hand.


Directions

Process cauliflower in food processor to achieve rice-like texture. Do not over process or just grate. Process the Ginger garlic. In a large wok or frying pan add oil & scramble egg. Remove egg. Add ginger and garlic and cook until fragrant; add cauliflower and all sauces. Keep stirring in pan, allowing cauliflower to brown on the bottom. Add back egg and peas at the end.
