Ingredients

    1 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tsp Salt
    1 small Onions, raw
    1 tbsp Onions, dehydrated flakes
    1 can Tomato Sauce, 8 oz. can
    3 tbsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    10 oz Beef Fajitas- John Soules Foods
    1/2 tsp Lawry's Season Salt
    1 can Canned Tomatoes, diced, 15 oz. can
    2 cans VegAll Canned Mixed Vegetables, 15 oz. cans
    2 cans V8 Vegetable Juice, small 5.5 oz cans
    1 tsp Garlic, granulated
    2 tsp Beef Base
    2 cup Water, tap

Tips

Great quick, easy and healthy meal that can be reheated day after day.


Directions

Cook diced beef in liquid ingredients, spices and onion on simmer for about 45 minutes after bringing to a boil. This makes meat really tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer an additional 30 minutes after bring back to boil.
