Introduction

Gluten free and egg free. Add your own spices to pep it up or change the taste. I came up with this for a hot alternative to cold salads. Gluten free and egg free. Add your own spices to pep it up or change the taste. I came up with this for a hot alternative to cold salads.

Ingredients

4 oz Chicken of the Sea Light Tuna in water
    1 cup, grated Carrots, raw
.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    .5 cup Baby Spinach (raw)
0.10 cup green onion (spring onion)
    0.5 cup Tofu, firm
    .5 cup Oat Bran

Tips

I used Old Bay seasoning but feel free to add your own flare to make it tasty to you.

Directions

Drain tuna and place in large enough bowl to mix everything in. Add grated carrot, chopped bell pepper, and chopped green onions (2 green onions). Thinly slice baby spinach and place it in the bowl with everything else. Add tofu and oat bran. Mix together with your hands until mixture is the consistency of meatloaf. I use wax paper to shape them into patties. Place in hot non-stick frying pan and fry until golden brown, flip and repeat.

Serving Size: Makes at least 4 hamburger-sized patties.
