    .50 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Xanthan Gum (Thickener) 1 tbsp serving (by ADDICTED2DONUTS)
    2 serving Pacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 1 cup
    4 serving Boulion Cubes - Beef Flavored (by TRAMMGT)
    1.5 cup Leeks
    15 beans (4" long) Green Beans (snap)
    1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    6 oz Baby Carrots, Raw (Kroger, about 1 cup)
    2 cup, cubes Turnips
    1 cup slices Parsnips
    3 serving Land O' Frost Canadian Bacon (3 slices = serving)
    1 cup Canned tomato Hunts Fire Roasted w/Garlic 14.5 oz (by KAHOOILOKANE)

Tips

remember to add the xanthan gum & add some extra water to cover every thing


Directions

crockpot for 8-10 hrs. on low or 4-5 hrs. on high
brown the stew meat after coating it in the coconut flour, put everything in crockpot & enjoy the smells!!
