Ingredients

    12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    16 oz Cheese - Kroger Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    1 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips
    1 serving Bacon, Applegate Farms Sunday Bacon (2 strips)
    2 tbsp Onion I med yellow onion sauteed in 1 T Olive Oil (by MARTYV0_1)

Directions

Sautee vegetables in 1 tbsp of oil.
Place all 12 eggs in a large bowl, add in cheese and veggies, mix together.
Spray a 13x9 casserole dish with cooking spray. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350°
