200 Grams Watermelon chunked and de-seeded
200 Grams Strawberries
1/2 cup low fat yogurt
1/2 cup fiber one
2 scoops of Strawberry Whey Protien
6 ice cubes
Directions
Blend all ingredients in the blender. Blend for about 5 minutes. The smoothie will "fluff" up.
If blended for 5 minutes, this will make 2 20 oz servings.
