Ingredients

    .25 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned, or one chili, minced
    1 med yellow onion, diced (by TODD7623)
    1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, diced
    3 cup Beans, black (2 14-16 ounce cans)
    3 cups thawed Green Giant Chopped Spinach (one frozen block)
    1 Cup Stewed Tomatoes, Canned, No salt (1 16 ounce can)
    1 cup Succotash (1 16 ounce can)
    1 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned (1 16 ounce can)
    3 cups water (2 Black Bean Cans worth)
    2 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning (1 packet)

Directions

Mince chili pepper if needed
Dice onion and pepper
Combine all ingredients into pot or slow cooker, stir, cover, bring to slow boil, boil off the three cups of water, stirring occationally
