Ingredients

    0.5 tsp Basil
    0.5 tsp Onion powder
    0.5 tsp Oregano, ground
    0.5 tsp Parsley, dried
    0.5 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
    0.5 tsp Garlic
    0.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2.0 tbsp Soy Sauce
    2.0 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz
    1.0 tbsp Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
    0.25 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1.0 cup Bob's Red Mill TVP
    0.25 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    1.0 serving Bragg - Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning (1Tbsp/5g)

Directions

Place 1st 8 ingredients into a bowl, mix together. Add the very hot water, stir. Add soy/aminos and jalenapo ketchup to mixture, mix well. Let stand 20 minutes so flavors absorb. Add peanut butter and Incorporate. Add flour and nutritional yeast, mix well. Form into 6 patties. Cook in skillet with a little oil, preheat oil. Medium heat for 5 minutes on each side till golden brown. Serving Size: Makes 6 burgers
