Ingredients

1 eggplant, peeled (yield from 1 Eggplant, fresh
2 tbsp Tahini (sesame paste) by Dipasa (by KASEY2009)
1 lemon yields Lemon Juice
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Salt
Tips
It is easiest to peel eggplant when hot, but protect your hands.
Directions
Wash eggplant and cook on stove top fire till black all over. Remove pealing and place in blender or food processor along with the juice of 1lemon, 2 TBLS of sesame paste, 1 clove of garlic and 1 tsp salt. Blend and refrigerate to serve with veggies or like a spread.
